Ryan King is our senior of counsel and senior managing attorney in our San Francisco office. Ryan King has dedicated his legal career to the practice of criminal law and litigation. He is committed to the cause of justice and works tirelessly to see that his clients receive the most favorable outcomes in their cases. Ryan J. King is former prosecutor who is very familiar with efforts the government will take to pursue a case, and will fight aggressively against those efforts on behalf of his clients.

Throughout his career, Ryan J. King has earned the respect of his colleagues, judges and members of law enforcement. He began his career with the Law Office of Tharpe & Howell where defended large insurance companies against claims of fraud and bad faith. He then worked for over six years as Prosecutor with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, honing his criminal litigation skills. During that time Ryan J. King spent over three years handling serious and violent cases being heard in the Compton Courthouse.

Ryan J. King handled a wide range of criminal cases from simple traffic offenses to special circumstance murders. He has served as lead trial counsel in the most serious and challenging cases, including murder, gang shootings and high profile sexual assault.

Education:

Ryan J. King graduated from the University of Southern California in 1999 where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. In 2003, he graduated from the Pepperdine University School of Law earning a Juris Doctor Degree.
