Charlie Sheen’s Domestic Violence Court Date is Set

Recently, it has been reported that Charlie Sheen has a new court date.  The well-known actor is expected to appear in court for domestic violence allegations that were made by his wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen.

Not too long ago, Sheen pled not guilty to menacing, criminal mischief and assault charges that were brought against him by Brooke after the couple had a dispute.  The argument took place on Christmas Day at a vacation home the couple frequent in Aspen, Colorado.

According to the Aspen Times, Sheen's new court date has been set for June 7^th.  Before, his hearing was set for June 18^th.  Richard Cummins, Sheen's defense attorney, said that the hearing was set, "in contemplation of a final disposition being made that's acceptable to the district attorney's office."

At this time, prosecutors are refusing to comment on the domestic violence case.
