School Bus Crash Believed to be Caused By DUI
It is being reported that in a car crash on Monday, October 5 between a school bus and a black BMW, there is a suspicion of a DUI coming into play.
The bus, which housed 54 students on their way from the East Los Angeles Skills Center, was hit in the rear after the driver of the BMW ran a red light and struck and killed a pedestrian. The bus then overturned.
The driver of the car, along with a passenger, got out of the vehicle and attempted to flee the scene, but were detained by two construction workers who had watched the entire incident unfold.
