Early Thursday morning on October 28, a registered sex offender who had gone missing after cutting off his ankle bracelet, turned himself in on live television. After cutting off the monitoring device with scissors at a gas station on Monday morning, Valentino Rodriquez Jr. fled and was reported as missing.
