Actress Jaime Pressly Criminally Charged With a DUI
It is being reported that on Tuesday, February 1, actress Jaime Pressly was criminally charged with driving under the influence after being arrested in Santa Monica during January.
Pressly, who is most well-known for her work on the TV show "My Name is Earl," was allegedly found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .20 when she was arrested late on January 5.
Seven hours after her arrest, she was released on a $15,000 bail.
