Comedian Sues Against Accuser for Damaging Reputation
Comedian Gary Valentine, brother of actor Kevin James, is currently suing a woman who accused of him sexual assault last year.
Valentine, who was previously business associates with his accuser, claims that these allegations, which he proclaims are "groundless," caused immeasurable damage to his reputation and career.
According to Valentine, his accuser came to him with a bottle of wine before performing consensual oral sex. Later, when worried that her boyfriend would learn of the incident, she went to authorities with her accusation.
Valentine is now seeking $500,000 to cover the damages that he has suffered.
