A 35-year-old man from the Los Angeles area, initials L.B., is currently facing charges for soliciting and pandering of a minor, sexual assault and lewd acts on a child. The prosecuting attorney claims that one of the girls he has been forcing into prostitution has a tattoo on her chest which includes his street name.
