Should you take field sobriety tests or a portable breath test?
Having dealt with thousands of DUI cases Okabe & Haushalter is often asked should I take the field sobriety test, we recommend no, do not take the field sobriety test. However do not refuse a blood or breath test at the station or at the hospital. If you refuse a blood alcohol test your license will be suspended for one year. You do have the choice you may refuse a field sobriety test and you may refuse the portable alcohol screening device. Whatever you do, do not refuse to take a blood alcohol test at the station or at the hospital. |
